With this healthier version of fried fish, you'll get all the flavor you love without the added guilt. For this recipe, you'll need: -1 pound white fish fillets (cod, tilapia, or halibut work well) -1/2 cup all-purpose flour -1/4 teaspoon salt -1/4 teaspoon black pepper -1/4 cup olive oil or vegetable oil -Lemon wedges (optional) To make: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone liner and set aside. In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge each fish fillet in the flour mixture until coated and set aside. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
