1 pound Mandarin fish fillets

1/3 cup milk

 1. In a shallow dish, combine the flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. In another shallow dish, whisk together the milk and egg.     2. Coat the fish in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess. then dip in the milk mixture to coat well.   3. In a large skillet over medium heat, pour enough oil to come up about 1/4-inch deep. First, season the fish fillets with garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Then, coat them in the flour. In a large frying pan or wok over medium heat, heat the vegetable oil until hot. Add the fish fillets and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through. In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic and chili pepper.
